Brief Description

The series follows Milagros, or Mili, and her Hornero bird sidekick, Chispa, as they travel across Argentina helping people, celebrating traditions, and turning ordinary moments into stories full of music, colour, and heart.

Creative Problem

The challenge was to create a children’s concept that feels playful and entertaining while also celebrating Argentinian culture in a way that feels contemporary, emotionally engaging, and accessible to young audiences.

Solution

The project responds by combining a gentle heroic structure with culturally specific settings, foods, traditions, and landmarks, turning cultural learning into visual, story-driven adventures built around kindness and curiosity.

Building the series identity

The development process focused on shaping a culturally grounded series identity that could balance educational value with warmth, humour, and adventure. Character dynamics, episodic structure, regional settings, and visual tone were developed together so the world would feel both emotionally inviting and expandable.
