Kids Show Concept

Scribble Knight

An interactive animated concept where storytelling, drawing, and play come together in a colourful world built for imagination, creativity, and early learning.

About the Production

A playful fantasy world powered by drawing.

Brief Description

Scribble Knight is an interactive animated children’s concept that combines storytelling, drawing, and educational play. Through a hybrid format that blends episodes with creative participation, the project is designed to make children feel like active contributors to the story.

Creative Problem

The challenge was to design a children’s concept that feels imaginative and visually engaging while also encouraging participation, creativity, and early learning rather than passive viewing.

Solution

The project responds to this by building the world of Scribble Knight around drawing itself. Through the Doodlebook, interactive mechanics, and audience-led creative tasks, the concept turns visual participation into both the narrative engine and the educational core of the experience.

Alongside her pony Pastel, she faces obstacles created by Smudge while encouraging children to participate through drawing, tracing, colouring, and creative play.

The concept is designed to feel imaginative, warm, and hands-on, turning drawing into both the visual identity and the core mechanic of the experience.
